LazyLathe Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 Successful install using Iatkos 3.2. Only kext required was voodoohda to get the sound working. Not sure if it is full 5.1 as i only have 2.1 speakers, but sound is perfect! Works on black output on rear. Pink output on front works perfectly for microphone. Atheros ethernet worked OOB, only chose it as an install option. Speed is phenomenal! I love it! Have not yet tried to do an auto update... Will wait a while before i try that! May just try and update itunes and see what happens. nVidia Quadro FX 1700 is recognized and working. Still need to figure out how to set up dual boot options without using the disc. Tutorials were quite confusing and require more studying. Will see how this runs and then start my Hackintosh build! Thanks to all the posters and guru's for their tutorials and struggles!
