Hardware:

C2D E7200

Abit IP35-E

Geforce 9600GT

 

For anyone who might be installing on a similar hardware, following are settings I had used to get a successful installation.

 

All Default Settings

+

Sata IDE - Intel/JMicron (Both)

Voodoo PS/2

NTFS 3G

NVidia EFI - DVI/VGA

NVEnabler

Network - Wired - Marvell Yukon 88E8056

 

Works flawlessly with 10.6.4 update as well.
