Up for Sale, is my beloved Asus eeePC 1201n.

It is by far the fastest and best netbook on the market, featuring an Intel Atom 330 Dual Core processor and Nvidia ION graphics. Paired with the 2Gb of DDR2 memory (upgrade possible to 4Gb) and the 250Gb Hard Drive, it is perfect for everyday web surfing and even casual games.

 

I really love this netbook and it is hard for me to give it up, because the 12" HD screen (1366x768), a weight of only 3lbs and thickness of only 1.3" make it the perfect little computer to carry to college on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I need something more powerful - and heavier - for my studies in animation and CGI design.

 

By far the best feature of the Asus eeePC 1201n is it's compatibility with different operating systems. This one, for example, comes pre-loaded with both Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and Mac OSX 10.6.4 Snow Leopard. It runs OSX just as beautifully as Windows 7, with full graphics, hdmi, processor, sound, wifi, bluetooth, and multitouch trackpad support. It even goes to sleep when you close the lid and wakes up again within seconds when you press a button - just like a real MacBook.

 

The netbook comes with it's original box, manuals, Windows 7 restore dvd, charger, and a Case Logic neopren case ($40 value). WIndows 7 Ultimate and Mac OSX software is not included. It is also pre-loaded with Windows 7 and Mac OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.4, both of which are fully configured and ready to go.
