New user here.... Need info on install.

Hey guys I'm new here... Site is nice, just hoping you can help me with my more personal questions. I've search the web inside and out for someone with a case similar to mine and I can't find any.

 

Basically I have Windows 7 on the first partition on my first HDD, and Ubuntu 10.04 on the second partition on my first HDD.

 

Now I want to install a version of 10.6.1 I have acquired that should work with my PC no problems so that's not an issue.

I want to install this onto a partition on my SECOND hard drive.

 

Now my question is how do I configure the whole boot process for this?
