slashrhoads Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 I Bought a copy of the new SL 10.6.3 install dvd, and was able to install it, but I can't seem to get the proper post installation options. I used the tonymac86 boot CD and then used [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] and it seemed to work. I even got my NVIDIA GTX 295 to work, but I would get problems like kernel panicks when going online and the OS just freezing at some random point, and never got the sound to work either. I just want to know who has gotten this particular motherboard working? and exactly what kexts do I need to get it to run 100 percent?. Also I wonder if I am using the proper DSDT that I got from http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=200183, and what is the best way to install the DSDT? What optional kexts do I install using Myhack or [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] or anything else?
