Questo e' il codice generico per il Device (HDEF) che ci serve ad "abilitare" l'audio senza dover ricorrere allo kext EnableHDA.kext (questo codice e lo kext nominato prima, hanno la medesima funzione).

a seconda della vostra scheda madre, l'audio "vanilla" (AppleHDA) per funzionare ha in'oltre bisogno di un "legacy"

AppleHDA come patchare il binario

Con l'arrivo dell'aggiornamento 10.6.3 la Apple ha "protetto" il suo "drive" audio in modo da non essere facilmente usuffruibile se non con qualche opportuna modifica, vediamo come.

Apriamo il terminale e inseriamo il seguente comando (a seconda di quale codec abbiate):

Dopo l'aggiornamento 10.6.4 sono sparite le voci sull'audio dal sopra citato pannello..

Forse una dimenticanza... ma nemmeno troppa, io lo chiamerei errore di stesura, le informazioni ci sono ma son mal posizionate...

Se avevate problemi sul malfunzionamento dello STOP e dello SPEGNIMENTO (precedentemente funzionati), dovrebbero essere risolti.

0 : NO hibernate - non scrive la RAM sull'Hard Disk.
1 : QUICK hibernate - scrive la RAM su Hard Disk e spegne immediatamente
2 : LAST RESORT hibernate - mantiene alimentata la RAM fino a quando la batteria non e' bassa dopodiche' scrivera' i dati su Hard Disk come ultima risorsa.
3 : HYBRID hibernate - Scrive i dati della RAM su Hard Disk immediatamente, dopodiche' lascia la RAM alimentata fino a che non si esaurisce la batteria.
