USB WiFi Adapter HELP! [PARTIALLY SOLVED]

Hello,

I have dualboot system W7 and OSX 10.5.5 (ideneb).

I'm trying to figure it out how this USB Wifi adapter needs to be configured to work, it is strange because it shows like it is connected. Check PICS below.

It is a Nexxt Lynx 150, product website, and it came with a driver for OSX from Ralink.

 

Right now I'm connected through Ethernet port as you can see on the pic, but USB not working although it says is connected on Ralink software.

 

Any help much appreciated since Ive read some post but cannot find that model here on the forum. BTW, on Windows7 working flawessly

Partially Solved...

I changed Router encryption from WPA to WEP and it works now...
