I bookmarked this because I didn't have time to resetup my hackintosh. Just managed to do and it works better than any other thing I've tried before. Thanks.

EX58-UD3R Rev 1.6

6GB DDR3 RAM (Was 4GB until after 10.2 & 10.3 reboot)

Core i7 975 3.33GHz

GeForce GTS 250

My wireless doesn't work yet, PCI-E RTL8168... installed all sorts of drivers so far with nothing working not even a USB wireless dongle I have.

This will not work for ALC888 users without bin hacking the AppleHDA.

Hi atlee,

great job you have done - Thank You. Helped me a lot, to clean up my setup on an EX58-UD3R v.1.0 board.

Even fire-wire is working (add. PCI card) on-board is not working.

So far the only thing not working is the Audio. Maybe i messed up with the korrect kext setup.

Question:

For graphics, are you still injecting the graphic card string into com.apple.boot.plist?

I had to, to get the NVIDIA 9800 GT, 512MB working.

i haven't been here in a long time, got myself a laptop and sold my core i7 setup. to get 9800gt working you need the boot file that says graphicsenabler=yes and also you need a nvidia loader to place in your s/l/e.

Hi, I'm new to all of this.

I want to make sure I have the right setup, which it seems I do. Hopefully I have basically the right idea.

Will all of this work?
