Okay before I begin here are my laptop specs.

Acer Aspire 5630 WLMI

CURRENT OSX86 OS iATKOS v7 (10.5.7) (( :( = Working Drivers ))

Intel® Core™2 Duo processor supporting Intel® EM64T (2mb l2 cache, 1.66ghz 667MHz FSB)

Intel® 945PM/GM Express Chipset

UPGRADED RAM from 512Mb DDR2 667MHz to 4Gb.

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950 :D

UPGRADED HDD from 160GB to 500Gb

8X DVD-Super Multi double-layer

Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG

10/100 Fast Ethernet (which I think might be Broadcom 4401)

4 USB 2.0 ports :D

Audio, ALC883 (VooDoo Plug-in on installation) :D

Keyboard Mouse :D

My question is very simple, is it possible to swap my existing PCI-e Intel 3945 Network Card with a AirPort Extreme Card (http://www.applemacparts.co.uk/store/produ...oducts_id=66449). I bring this question up on behalf of all of those poor people equiped with the dreaded Intel 3945 Network Card.

I havn't really seen a post regarding this... whether I'm blind and can not see properly I may have missed it.

Though I will apologize in advance to anybody who may waste their time reading this post and thanks to those who took up their time to help me.

HooKoo.
