PCEFI booterror with harddisk attached

Just the strangest thing has happened. My system used to run perfect, even speedstep works. I have 2 harddisks attached to the system and i'm booting pcefi from an usbstick (with all the kext i need so in case my harddisk dies not all my work is lost)

anyway since an hour i cant boot anymore as long as the 1st harddisk (with win7 and some data) is attached to the system. PCEFI 10.5 just hangs at \ or /. (tried EMPIRE-EFI which ended with the same result, worked perfect before tho. )

The moment I disable the ahci probe in the bios all works well and i even can access the disk from SL.

As said this is since the last reboot. I haven't changed anything except copying data from one disk to another.

When i enable the 1st disk again and boot from it i go directly into win7. So this makes me think the disk isn't broken.

Any idea what this could cause?

could it be that my dsdt file damaged something? Or is that virtual impossible?
