The thread has gotten quite long... but Master Chief is doing strange and wonderful things there with the P5K through DSDT. The DSDT for your board should be almost the same. Have fun! oldnapalm Posted November 21, 2009 Share Posted November 21, 2009 Hi, I have an ASUS P5E, all I need to do in order for vanilla speedstep to work is add method _CST from MacPro3,1 to my DSDT, and set model identifier as MacPro3,1 in smbios.plist. It works with 2 P-states (highest and lowest). If I add custom _PSS values it works with more P-states, but I don't use it.
