Only boot-up with Boot-132 disk

Hello all!

1 month ago I installed Snow Leopard, and it's running pretty well. But 1 week ago I installed Windows 7, and of course Windows install changed the boot-up disk, so I put in a modified Boot-132 disk (which works for SL) and edited my start-up diskwith Fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0 and flagged the 3th partion as active (that is my SL partition). I restarted my computer and crossed my fingers. Unfortuatly it didn't work. I was getting a black screen with a typing logo (a flickering _ ). So I reinstalled my boot-loader, but still the same flickering _ . What am I supposed to do? I really don't like booting with an install disk as my CD-read is abit slow, and it takes longer to boot.
