I currently have 10.5 installed but I want to upgrade to snow leopard, what is the best way to upgrade?

Will I have to wipe everything? I use chameleon v2 as my bootloader.

My pc is intel so a "vanilla" solution is possible, the only drivers I'll need are for sound (ALC889a IIRC) and maybe the realtek network driver.
