htdefiant
I just got a blue screen on my new 15 inch unibody MacBook Pro. I successfully installed Vista Ultimate 64 Bit. Then, I put in my install disk, and installed all the drivers. After the restart, I got a blue screen. I then booted into safe mode, uninstalled the video driver, and no longer had the blue screen. Then, I reinstalled, and got the blue screen. So I started all the way over - deleted the partition, formatted it, reinstalled Vista, and then the drivers. Same results. After that, I tried disabling the video driver again, in the hopes of trying downloading the driver direct from Nvidia. So I did, all 186 MB of it, and installed it. Blue screen again. Then I tried installing Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Same results. Another thing I tried to do was to reboot back to OS X and go to Energy Saver and switch to High Graphics. Then I restarted - same blue screen. Do you think the video card is bad?
