two monitors on ati 4870 card

hi.

i have an ati 4870 card sapphire 1gb model...that only has 1DVI, 1VGA and 1HDMI port.

if i would to use two monitors can i use 1vga and 1dvi?

during bios boot up both monitors work on vga and dvi...but when 10.5.7 loads up...the VGA monitor goes to powersaving mode....

 

detect display only shows 1 monitor @ 1920x1200..

 

could someone provide any help on whats wrong?
