smokemachine Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 Hi, I have an Toshiba Satellite a300 with Mobility Radeon HD 3650. I've installed Kalyway 10.5.2 and iPC OSX86 10.5.6 (updated to 10.5.7) they work fine except this: I got this screen randomly, sometimes it happens just after booting, sometimes two hours later. After this error happens screen is not coming back so, I had to restart, but during this error other hardware still works, I can hear the sound and push buttons etc. I've installed mobility3650.pkg and trial2 drivers. also I've installed power management packages in iPC but none of them solved the problem.. Any ideas please? My hardware: CPU: Mobile DualCore Intel Core 2 T8100, 2.1Ghz Chipset: Intel Crestline-PM PM965 RAM: 3072 MB (DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM) Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 (256 MB) Audio: ATI Radeon HDMI @ ATI RV635 - High Definition Audio Controller Conexant Unknown @ Intel 82801HBM ICH8M - High Definition Audio Controller Disk Drive: TOSHIBA MK3252GSX (320 GB, 5400 RPM, SATA-II) Optical Drive: MAT{censored}A DVD-RAM UJ-850S ATA Device Network Adapter : Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN Marvell Yukon 88E8040T PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller By the way a friend of mine (which is a gpu guru) told me this error might be about frame buffers anyone know how to change or correct frame buffer?
