Please! To the bottom of my heart! I'm begging you! Help mee!

Ok, I have searched the HCL for TravelMate 2300, but the closest I got was the 240 Series. *oh well* And, yes, I did find a topic about expanding the 6GB, but I didn't quite understand it, although I do have experience in computers (not a noob   ). So anyone, help? OS X is lifeless without internet, and I need some extra space on my HD!
