Can I have OS X installed on 2 separate drives?

My apologies -- I know I've read about this before, but I can't seem to find the thread again.

I've successfully installed iPC 10.5.6 (MBR) on 1 drive and Vista on a 2nd drive (w/ a 300GB Mac OS partition). I'm dual booting using EasyBCD w/ OS X as the default.

I don't want to screw up my current flow -- everything works 100% (audio, restart/shut down, screen res is perfect, dual boot, everything!), and the same goes for Vista.

My question IS: Can I do a retail install of Leopard (using the grub method) on the 2nd drive? And will EasyBCD work w/ 2 separate versions of Leopard? Or should i uninstall EasyBCD and just boot using F12?

Thanks for any suggestions.
