Retail Install following Markwilson's instructions.

As I was trying to get my monitor spanning to work, somehow my display has gotten stuck on 640X480 whenever I startup. I can change it to 1024x576 as soon as it's booted up, but it's a pain to deal with.

2 Questions:

1) How do I get monitor spanning to work? If I connect the VGA during boot, it won't load. If I connect it once it's booted up in 640x480. everything gets scrambled and I can't get it unscrambled. If I connect it in 1024.576, it locks up. The inability to boot into 1024x576 started after I tried to get monitor spanning to work.

2) How can I get back to starting up in 1024x576? I tried reinstalling the kexts:

AppleIntelGMA950 and AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer, but it's still a no go. Help!
