Maintenace 3.8 good to use?

I have an iMac, 2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo using Leopard 10.5.4 and wondering if Maintenance 3.8 is safe to use. I have Onyx, MacJanitor, Yasu, MainMenu installed as well and only used each once in the past year because I really don't know which is best. Read recently that Maintenace 3.8 is best - so could someone here please advise. I put my computer to sleep everynight so those cron jobs don't get automatically done. I even turn it off for more than 1 or 2 days sometimes.

And what about Monolingual? I don't have MS Office installed, so not worried about affect it has on updating Office - but are there other concerns with Monolingual?

Any advice much appreciated.
