Se vuoi aiuto devi necessariamente leggere il Regolamento ed eseguire in particolare ciò che è scritto al punto "8", altrimenti chiunque ti ignorerà. Per richieste di aiuto ti consiglio di cercare nel Forum (con il tasto "search" o attraverso goog*e), se non trovi magarialla fine chiedi; questo problema molto diffuso e ci sono parecchi 3D al riguardo.
