I bought an ATV brand new on Boxing Day, loaded boxee, all is working just great, last week I purchased a used ATV from a media company who's changing their streaming systems to Dell this year. When I do a factory reset, and just as I'm inputing my router's password, the screen goes blank, then pops up with what looks like a custom screensaver. The s.saver has the company's name on it and some graphics. At that point, I'm unable to exit this display, and NONE of the functions on the remote seem to work. My only solution is to "menu+-" and go thru the whole sequence again. I'm suspecting that the units they're unloading have some specific script in it that is locked to connecting to their server, or something. Once again, any help would be appreciated.
