XCode 3.1.2 does not break on 10.5.6?

I installed iPC 10.5.6 using voodoo kernel on my compaq D510s

I then installed iphone SDK which comes with XCode 3.1.2

 

I can create project on desktop and iphone and run them fine but the breakpoint never hits for either apps.

My breakpoint was set at the first line in main.m

Anyone having the same issue?
