bongmasterdarky Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 Hey guys im currently wanting to build a new hackintosh system and slap it in to a g4 quicksliver case, i got the case just need to decide which mobo and cpu to go for, i have had experence with osx x86 after managing to install it on a old pc with a cruddy pentium d cpu only problem was updating the fk**er was bit of a mission, from what i can gather a vanilla system is similar to a real mac and can be updated via sotware updater is this correct. i have got my eye on this bundle on the bay at the moment will this be suitable for a vanilla setup. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/INTEL-E2180-CORE-2-D...%3A1|240%3A1318 many thanks darko Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
