DeQuevedem Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 Hi Im happily using Leo 1.5.2 (iatkos) with gfx update, vanilla kernel, EFI .. on ASUS P5L-VM 1394, C2 6420, 4gb ram, sound....( all, but sleep, running ), and using GMA950 on board. I have some strange gfx artifacts when, for example, renaming a file/icon: Once the renaming text glow shows up, also appears a grey "block" under the apple logo of the screen uppermost part. Also the mouse´s pointer get drawn on the glowed renaming text. Also some minor artifacts appears now and then when im moving a window over the screen. im having full QE/Ci and monitor´s native resolution 1650x1080. i also grabbed a XFX 8400GS 256Mb of ram amd got it running perfectly under osx, but NO DVI at all, and thats is a must (since the VGA input ont that monitor is faulty). Getting DVI on the 8400GS or fixing the artifacts on the GMA950, would be OK for me in any case.( that is, i can stick with any solution ) Any idea please?
