mysticmac Posted October 6, 2008 Share Posted October 6, 2008 Hello I'm running 10.4.11 with a 7300LE graphic card. I use EFI and gfxstring from a 7300GT. I have problem with refresh of windows and sometime Kernel Panic on graphic error (specialy with safari) I think it's the trouble come from the graphic card . Which card is working fine with Tiger. Tinet Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 Maybe too late for the replay. But here it is. From my own experience. Your best bet is go with ATI HD 2600 series, (XT and Pro, 256MB). Those graphics cards performs perfect on any Tiger running 10.4.10 or newer, and were inside both iMacs and MacPro's. nVidia 7600GS 256MB was also a great option as well.
