I haven't found any good info on dosemu for MACS by googling it yet, wondering if anyone has gotten it to work (or compile from source, etc.) for a mac.
I need this over DOSBOX, as I tried DOSBOX on Linux and I could not get the serial port connecting to work right, whereas dosemu works great right after install.
I'm trying to use an old handheld inventory device which needs to run a dos app in a dos window and then receive the data via the serial port.
Dosemu works fine with both native serial ports and newer computers where you have to use a serial to USB converter.
Anyone with any knowledge on this type of application had any success on doing this with a MAC yet?
Thanks in advance.
