I've got an asus p5w DH Deluxe, Intel 2.2 Ghz core2duo, 4 gigs of ram, and kalyway 10.5.1. I tried doing the guide that was stickied at the top of the forum, and when I did that I just got a black screen that would hang up there. And then on irc I got an installer that got me a little further, but I got a kernel panic at the grey apple screen with the spinning wheel. Any suggestions? fusion_05 Posted April 22, 2008 Author Share Posted April 22, 2008 Here's an update - I installed 10.5.2, and used the sticky at the top of this forum. In -v at boot, I get notifications about kernel not being to write symbols, or something to that effect...and then it quickly goes to a black screen. I'm about at witt's end with this card...! help!
