adamsweeting
find aperture checker, and run that and see what it says. Does your video card show up in system profiler with Core Image = Hardware accelerated?
SticMAC™
there is a setting in Apeture's info.plist that refers to an "AGP" card, If you change it to "PCIe", if that is what you have, then the error should disappear! SticMAN

SticMAC™
i did some searching, most of the errors around _CFGetHostUUIDString: unable to determine UUID for host. Error: 35 borders on using a different AppleSMBIOS.kext. Maybe you want to download the latest one from www.netkas.org , backup yours and replace it the see!? SticMAN Problem solved, tnks for the help. The things above did not work for me but tnks anyway. i found the solution in this tread http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=107899 I: moved GeForce*.kext and NV*.kext from /system/library/extensions to a backup folder. 2. Deleted all the kext above (move to trash) required authentication. (at this point, I am basically trashing all the old kexts, so do not restart!!) 3. Run NVInstaller41.. I selected to install NVInject 512MB.(en8600GT) 4. Restart. QE/CI works again and aperture is working also. Thnks again for all the help around. greetz Machiel
