1. Hi everyone! I'm kinda new here, in the 'Mac World', so I don't always understand what you guys are meaning. Sorry for my bad English, I come from Holland, so... So I have this laptop: a HP Pavilion G6-1150SD with a Intel Core i5 2410M v2 processor, a Intel HD3000 onboard graphics card, a dedicated ATI Radeon HD6470M 512mb graphics card, 4GB of RAM, 500GB HDD and a Intel HM65 Chipset. I tried to install Mac OS X on it, tried i Atkos, ##### + #####, but it won't let me install a good working Hackintosh. Yesterday, I tried installing Lion via this tutorial: Tutorial cause these specs are very similiar with my laptop. By the way, the installer only booted when I typed in ''-v -x busratio=23 arch=i386 PCIUID=1'' But when I reboot the laptop after the ''Installation completed!'', I get a kernel panic, even if I type in those boot flags. When I boot in Verbose, it tells me something about a ACPI thingy. I can't remember. I have a very limited BIOS, which only have the following options: Date, Time and Boot Orders, so I can't really set things as SATA Mode or something. I can install Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on my laptop via #####, but can't update, I tried with the ##### + ##### tutorial, I even used UpdateHelper, but it won't let me update without getting me a KP. I wonder if someone knows how I should install a good working Mac OS X Lion on my laptop. Thanks. Bye! Edit: I reinstalled Lion with the tutorial I linked to before, and but I only can enter it via Safe Mode and much more flags at the boot, after I installed the ProBook Installer, I can't enter the installation anymore. Even if I type the earlier used flags.
