    I afraid you used some guides and patches specific for Ventura but they don't work in Sonoma.

    If you mean Nvidia HDMI output then I may propose VoodooHDA will work with it.

    At least ElCapitan (10.11.x) should be possible as is. I don't remember a family of Quadro 1000M so can't say more. Clover preboot.log may say additional info.

    The processor is really unknown for Apple. You can make it shown as some i5. Second problem can be resolved by replacing VirtualSMC to FakeSMC.

    I am one of VoodooHDA developers and I am deep in HDA theory. It is impossible to have internal and external microphone an line-in working together without breaking HDA standard. VoodooHDA does this.

    I didn't remember methods to install Snow Leopard. But you can't use GrubUDF.efi for USB because UDF is a file system for DVD. May be you have to fire DVD with this image not USB.

    I should notice that HDAU name forces AppleHDA to attach to the device. As it doesn't work then you may rename the device to HDMI and then use VoodooHDA with setting <key>IONameMatch</key> <string>HDMI</string>

    GrubISO9660.efi (or VboxIso9660) and GrubUDF.efi depending on your DVD format. CPU->Type=0x0605 or some other digits. But 13600 is really unknown for Apple. or use RestrictEvents.kext with some arguments. Ask authors.
