skatingrocker17 Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Whenever leopard starts to boot with the white background and the apple logo in the middle the screen turns grey and tells me to hold the the power button and restart my computer then under it it says it in a few other languages. The only OS x86 dvd I can boot without getting the "Still waiting for root device" is the iatkos, I can't boot the Kalyway or the JaS. I'm using the Gateway MT3705 laptop with 2gb of Ram.
