LioNEXT
doesnt seem to be related to any kexts since you have usb scanner (is that thing on the canon, i mean all-in-one) working, although you can always kextstat in Terminal before and after sleep, to see if there is any discrepancy. natla
Same happens to my pixma ip5000. I have tryed Gnuprint drivers and a ziliions other stuff to no avail. Sorry I can't help. However, I must admit that sleep/awake cycle is not perfect in my rig (same as yours) because after wake noise from video card stays up. Very annoying! Hope for a fix. haysoos123
I take it no one's found the solution to this? I'm running Leopard 10.5.4 upgraded from 10.5.2 Kalyway install on a GA-EP35-DSL3, and have the same problem with an HP Deskjet 3550. After reboot, it prints fine, but after waking from sleep I get a communications error! The strange thing is that other usb devices work just fine after resuming from sleep. Anyone out there?
