Transmac or Macdisk mesed up my OSX, any help pleaase?

Ok my system specs are:

Q6600, 2gb ram, P5k-e Wifi/AP 750GB HDD, DL DVD+-RW, MSI NX8800GT

I hinstalled using Kalyway and 10.5.2 COmbo Update

I also installed windows on a second partition and successfully dual booted osx and winXP.

 

I wanted to be able to take a large file from my OSX to my XP. So i tried MacDisk which didn't recognize my OSX HDD. Then i got Transmac which did and i was able to get the files (just mp3s). I restarted and botted into mac and my PC stopped. i rebooted and did -v and it said in last two lines:

 

...killing all processes

CPU Halted

 

 

Now im not sure why cause my CPU was still running, and i can still boot into OSX. I have been using ti for over a month with the pretty rare kernel panics, like once every 2 weeks, and only after the computer had been idle for several hours.

 

Any ideas?
