socosurf4 Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 when booting from the new osx that just hit the torrents on my p4 2.8 ht 1.5 gigs of ram 160 gig hd with 2 partitions, one being ntsf and the other being a fat32(for the boot)... i get the apple screen and then, it appears that a circle with a line thru the middle appears on the upper portion of the apple logo. anyone help? sigxcpu Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 with this information no one will help you. if you care a little bit about getting help, you will read the forum where it's written thousands of times to use "-v" at the boot prompt to get verbose booting process and see what exactly doesn't work. of course, this depends on everybody's education.
