XP + Leopard to boot

I have XP pro Sp3 on Raid 0 (2x Sata, 2x 250GB)

then

OSX Leo (Leo4allV2) on 1x Sata (500GB)

I can change via Bios boot option but

I want

a bootloader like chain0 or something else to boot from Raid 0 (XP and then change to OSX if I need / want to)

 

If you have a file, pls post a link - not WIKI !

edit: I tried chain0 and tboot both didn't find OSX on the other hard disk....
