strldr1 Posted March 23, 2008 Share Posted March 23, 2008 Eclipse is an opensource dev coding tool based on Java.I used the latest 2 versions without success. The message i get is "No Java virtual machine was found after searching the following locations: /Applications/eclipse/Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/jre/bin/java java in your current PATH: I think maybe it has to do with main java binary not being added to current PATH variables (I tried "echo $PATH" and no links to java framework /System/Library/Frameworks/Java.... showed up). Limewire and tripleA(strategy game) could run with no problems (both are java based i think).Also tried Azureus with no problems. Default java set to 1.5.(tried 1.4.2 didnt help) Didnt have that problem in Zephyroth 10.5.1 Someone help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
