lapse Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 As i mentioned on my topic the thing is what kext or txt file should i use to enable the audio sound for my "ALi Corporation M5451 PCI AC-Link Controller Audio Device" . My problem is ther's nothing for me to select in input/ output device list in sys preferences. Before asking i googled around and found that the PCI\VEN_10B9&DEV_5451... which is my device ID belongs to ALi Corporation M5451 PCI AC-Link Controller Audio Device and it's the same as SIS7018/Trident 4DWave DX/NX /ad1886a i have been searching for many weeks and cann't find anythings even in wiki so if u have the kext or txt that i could use please provide me the link or if u have some advice to tell me please help me, Thanks. I have to confess that I searched for realtek ac97 kext first and dl many things such as HDA,HCL or so on then finally messing myself and live it for a few days then trying again but finally there's nothing i've found.TT Thanks, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
