Tyler valo
I have a Mac 10.4.11 at work I'm needing to connect a share drive on a Windows PC to it. The problem I believe is the Mac has cached an old password and won't release it. Anytime I try to access the share drive though the Connect to Server menu I get error 36. If I go to the terminal and use mount_smbfs I get "Negotiate phase failed: syerr=Software caused connection to abort". Any clue?
Ongeloof
I don't understand. Your trying to connect to a PC, and the mac will not let you use your PC password because it think your old password is still the current one? Am i right? Have you tried smb://YOURIPHERE in the finder when connecting to a PC... Think Mark
