Detect Networked Mac/PC in Finder

I have an old G3 iMac that's got a USB wireless dongle that works but isn't recognized as airport.

Currently every time I want to connect to my Hack/PC from my G3 I need to use the long and messy "Connect to Server" method.

I wanted to know if there was a clean way in Tiger to view my networked Hackintosh/PC/Systems the way I can see them Leopards finder and connect to it?

Even if there's no way of showing the networked systems in Finder, is there an application that views and allows access to the networked systems nicely?

What I meant is the Shared category in Finder which shows other PCs or Macs.

@Mebster

if you store the password ( add to keychain) then it connects automatically.

if you go to network, you see the visible computers, connect with add to keychain, then it should show up automatically.

if its that what you wanted.
