=-Devin-=
SYBA IEEE 1394a FireWire PCI Card Need a 9-pin internal connector for your case’s front panel FireWire400 port? This is your card. The Syba SD-VIA-FW1E1H PCI FireWire card is a solid IEEE 1394a board with one external port and an internal 9-pin header. Compatible with Win98SE/ME/2000/XP and Mac OS 9.0 and above, this card will give you that extra connectivity you want. -------------------- ::My Question:: Will this card work in Mac OS X 10.5.2? MacUser2525
Or if not needing the front port a Dynex 3 port card with an Augere L-FW323-06 chipset works great too.

netcastle
Bummer for me. I am on an intel dg31 board and with the Dynex card installed the system profiler still says that nothing is in the pci slots. Any advice? *Edit - Try before you reply (that's my new mantra). The system profiler is inaccurate. It works just fine.

RLembke
Devin - Did this card end up working alright for you? Can't beat the price against the ~$38 Best Buy wants for their 3 port card instore.
