Hello everyone,

I have an Intel Q6600, Asus Commando motherboard, 4 GB ram (4 x 1GB PC6400 sticks) and an NVIDIA 8800 GTS 512 MB. Leopard (10.5.2 from Kalyway install and update) runs fine on this hardware, but I just have a couple of questions regarding performance:

1. My xbench results are 157. Is this good for this type of hardware? For some reason it seems low...I've checked the Xbench performance thread but it's difficult to find something that is close to mine. Nothing is overclocked.

2. Leopard, according to the "about this mac" box, sees the 4gb, but my Adobe software (such as photoshop and fireworks) only see 3GB. All 4 sticks are the same...any ideas?

3. Lastly, I installed the NVIDIA drivers from here: http://scottdangel.com/blog/?p=21. Are there any advantages to this driver or some other ones posted on this forum for NVIDIA 8x00 cards? What's the difference?

Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

Best,

SS
