I have a fully working 10.5.2 Leopard install with QE/CE/Hardware Accelerated on my X1600 PCIE card by using Natit and a hex edited RadeonX1000.kext file for my card. It has worked perfectly.

Even after installing 10.5.2 everything works great.

However, as soon as I install the Leopard Graphics Update from 10.5.2 I lose QE/CI/Hardware Accelerated. I try replacing the RadeonX1000.kext and Natit file to no avail. I've never had this problem before. Is there other files that I need to replace or edit with the new Leopard Graphics Update?

I can always ignore it for now, but I'm sure with 10.5.3 it will be integrated and I'll have to figure it out at that time anywya.

Any ideas??????

Hi , same problem here.. after updating from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 and then - there is a graphic update of approx 48 Mb, i have downloaded and updated, syestem goes into blue screen after restart ,

please Help

Lenovo Y500 Series , Core2 Duo , GMA 950,

@cybertlc : works fine for me. Did you add your product id in Info.plist of ATIRAdeonx1000.kext ? No need to hex edit.

If it still doesn't work, try to put ATINDRV.kext from 10.5.0 then (well the one you had before that worked)

@arun_leo : there are like 10 topics about this already, I suggest you use the Search function.

For GMA950(only) you need to replace the new AppleIntelIntergratedframebuffer.kext with version 1.4.20.
