Suhail
Hello Everyone, The Fubra Team have been working alongside myself and the rest of the Staff to help make the site more optimized and ensure that all future expected downtime is minimal. They have been able to make the site significantly faster thanks to Load Balancing. This is all part of a plan to ensure that all simultaneous users at any one time get a fast experience. Also this is to ensure we are able to handle any sort of high spark of users without having something overload. I would just like to point out that there may be some downtime (We are talking minutes or at most an hour) whilst all of the equipment is configured and operational. If you notice any bugs or any errors which you can replicate then please notify myself or any of the other staff immediately. A quick PM stating the error will do fine. Thanks for your co-operation and be sure that this rollercoaster of a site is about to go much faster - The InsanelyMac Tech Staff and the Fubra Team Edit: Please note that attachments are being fixed and should be working real soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
PaulMUK
The DNS has been switched now, so some people should be accessing via the web cluster... the rest will be moved over as your ISPs update their cached DNS records (normally within 1 hour)
aprodigy
wow, you guys hopefully noticed those thread duplicates since that http-500-error from today. this place will definately make fun in case we all get to see those *fine* questions asking 'will my hackmack run?' more than only one time geez. Suhail
Well if you do see a duplicate thread or post then please just report it. It only takes two seconds and it means that our forum is kept clean and organised
aprodigy
well, i undestand your request but it seems more like a general problem since there are (or were) more and more of them and supposed you guys have some kind of script handy to merge those in case something like that happens without having people to report them all manually but oh well... my fault. will do so then.
