well.. :P

Ive have an acer 3050 with an ati x200 chipset (sb400) and i´ve tryed with no luck to install osx leopard.. ive tried 10.4.8 jas AMD & INTEL 10.4.8 jas ppf1 + ppf2 , Toh Leop.RC2 and Iatkos (amd patched) all.. with no luck..

the point is the installer cant see my hardrive.. ive allready tried to inject de driver i found in this repository:

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...p;mode=threaded

and ive used the drive injecting guide that is in the forum (used the iatkos image) .. compiled the new extensions.mkext and no difference at all.

Ive heard that depends how you partiionated the disk and what file system you are using affects leopard hd detection.. now i have divided the hd in 2 partitions one ntfs and the another fat32 (wich was an ntfs)..

Any ideas?? please help!!

any ideas? ;)

there is something weird, the disk utility doesnt detect my iatkos dvd.. but shure is mounted! (disk0s3).. there is a way (via console) to determine if the disk is aviable to mount or format??.. aslo i whant to know if it is a way to view (because its too fast to read) or save the flags that i see when i boot in verbose mode..

Thanks for your time..! :)

Hey Brucep

Don't know if you're still stuck but I have an Acer 3050-1092 (AMD Sempron 3500+) which has been running Leopard for the past week. I too first had numerous problems getting it to see the HDD. I downloaded Zephyroths_Leopard-10_5_2-AMD-EFI-Rev2_IPM-BR_iso and this works great! This is the only iso I did not need to modify to see my SATA drive. iAtkos does not work at all and Leo4All also crashes before getting to install.
