I'm planning on upgrading to 4GB ram for virtualization. I know Apple ram is way over priced and I was planning to get this ram from Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820231160 The question is, will installing this RAM void my warranty/AppleCare? My friend has a macbook and he says it will, but I think he is wrong. Is it just a case of getting Apple certified ram? If so, is the above ram certified?
