Help! Laptop + JaS 10.4.8 dual boot (vista/os x)

I will buy a acer aspire 5520

if I have vista stand, am possible I thus dual booten with JaS 10.4.8?

I am possible Acronis disk 10 uses and also the os selector.

Can someone give me a how-to?

I make an partition of 10gb with partition magic (10gb , fat32 i know)

built in webcam crystaleye (can i use for ichat???)

 

And where can i download garage band , the newest imovie , iphoto , and much more software?

Just from the Apple site , with JaS?
