richard.xsi Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 hi there, now i'm running leopard (Zep's DVD Rev.1.0) on my X2 3600+ (90nm version). all goes well except the Cool and Quiet tech doesn't work, both cpu cores stay at 2G hz, which is not necessary. in XP their freqs can chang dynamicly on demand, but in osx, not ! i know Prasys create a kext for 10.4.x osx (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=51209&pid=371685&mode=threaded&start=) so is it safe to use this kext on Leopard ? thx a lot.
