Nik17 Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 I want to install leopard on my laptop but I have a Celeron M processor and at this point I am unsure if this is possible from reading this forum, so i am wondering if i could do an install with my Celeron M processor running at 1.8ghz. webterractive Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 As long as it has SSE SSE2 and SSE3 then you're ok. You will have the equivilent of a G4 performance. But Leopard should install. I have a P4 that is 2.53Ghz that I cannot use cause it lacks SSE3 the most important SIMD extension.
