I have an e1505, in need of a new motherboard (Lightning destroyed half the {censored} in my house, then the cat jumped onto the back of the macbook screen - cracked). It seems similar to yours with the core2duo, GMA 950 and all, I never got to try it, but will soon. I suggest you look, and find the Kalyway 10.5.1 iso, about 4.3gb. If you cannot, you can try weaksauce's install guide, to cut down the size of your original disc, and modify it for pc based installation. My macfu isn't that good yet, but give it a read.

Download the pack, and in there is a PDF with some of the steps needed I think, to make your own OSX install disc. Some of the guide is specific for the motherboard I have on a desktop, but it might be useful as you go along as well. Some of the things may not work well, like the wireless, but you can usually find a USB wifi card that will work with OSX.

PS: A little more info from others with similar laptops to me and you,
